Bra usage:
Easy Expressions bras can be worn by themselves while pumping or over a nusing bra. When worn over a nursing bra, a woman simply unhooks the nursing flap on her bra and exposes the breast moving the flap down or to the side. The pumping bra is then placed over the exposed breast and the pumping attachments are inserted through the holes over the nipple. The bras are not meant to be worn all day, but rather just while pumping breastmilk.
Product Sizing:
The numerical measurements after each size suggests the chest size that the garment best fits. For example, a woman who wears a nursing bra size 38C would wear a Large Easy Expressions bra.
