Southwest: 1 - 2 business days.
Northwest: 3 business days.
Midwest, South, Southeast:  4 - 5 business days.
East, Northeast: 5-6 business days.

• 0 - 1 lbs, $4.85
• 1 - 2 lbs. $5.50
• 2 - 3 lbs. $6.95 (or less depending on distance from Scottsdale, AZ)
• 4 - 8 lbs. $15.00 (or less depending on distance from Scottsdale, AZ)
• 8 - 13 lbs. $20.00 (or less depending on distance from Scottsdale, AZ)

No Hassle Return Policy

Just Juvenile is committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Our goal is to service you well and retain you as a loyal customer. Items can be returned only if unused. If your item is not what you expected, please re-wrap the item exactly as it was received and start the return process immediately.

Procedure for Returns:
1.) Contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
2.) Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. (You can obtain an RMA by contacting us via e-mail at service@justjuvenile.com). Please provide your name, address, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return. Returned items not accompanied by an RMA number will be refused and will be returned to you at your expense.
3.) If your purchase is currently in transit, refuse the UPS delivery by being present at the time of delivery or by leaving a note. Otherwise, you must ship the product back to us via insured UPS or USPS.
4.) Upon receipt of your RMA package, we will inspect the product to ensure that it has not been used and not opened in the case of breast pumps.
5.) If the item is returned in perfect condition and the box is without damage, you can maximize your credit.
6.) Otherwise, the item will be considered as devalued and we will charge a 0-10% restocking fee (at our discretion).
7.) Shipping fees will not be refunded.
8.) Lastly, there is a 2.5% credit card processing charge.

Example: You purchase a Diaper Dude Diaper Bag for $108.00. Your shipping charge was free and no tax was applicable. When you return this in perfect condition you will receive: $108 - Shipping Charges ($6.32) - 2.5% Fee ($2.70) = $98.98 back onto your credit card.

Please note strollers can cost between $30, $45, $75 or more to ship! So, be certain of your purchase prior to making it. If you purchase a triple stroller costing $75.00 to ship, then your return fees will be high

Exception: Breast Pumps, Fertility Monitors and other "personal use" products

Unfortunately, due to the nature of breast pumps and fertility monitors, we are unable to accept returns for products that have already been opened or used. No Exceptions! Breast milk is considered a bodily fluid. Breast pumps are medical equipment designed for personal use.

Breaking or displacing the safety seal on the outside of the box is evidence that the box has been opened. Open breast pump or fertility monitor packages cannot be returned for credit.
